Most model homes are operational within 14 days of the signed dealer agreement. We coordinate with the build team's schedule so smart-home install lines up with trim-out, not after it.

Who supports the buyer when something breaks?

The dealer of record. Your local dealer is the customer-facing brand on the app, the touchscreen, and the support number.

Does Ezlo support ONVIF cameras, Z-Wave devices, and Matter?

Yes. ONVIF cameras keep your dealer's camera margin; Z-Wave and Zigbee 3.0 ship in every bundle; Matter is on the roadmap.

What happens if a buyer wants to add monitoring later?
